Our Process, Start to Finish:
Most Epoxy companies use a 1 step process that leaves the finish turning yellow and pealing within weeks, we use the correct process which consists of:
STEP 1: Assess the Concrete
We assess the existing concrete, square footage and overall condition of the surface.
STEP 2: Prepare the Surface
Cracks, divots and damaged areas are identified and sealed/repaired before the coating system is applied.
STEP 3: Apply the Base Coat
The base coat forms the foundation of the flooring system.
STEP 4: Apply the Decorative Flake
The selected decorative flake is applied to create the desired finish.
STEP 5: Apply the Top Coat
A protective top coat is applied over the completed flake system.
STEP 6: Complete the Two-Day Polyaspartic System
Unlike cheaper one-day polyurethane systems, Precision Epoxy Co. installs a two-day polyaspartic system.
STEP 7: Final Inspection & Handover
The completed floor is checked and handed back to the homeowner.
